Viken Group is one of the world’s leading companies in interior and exterior design for cruise and cruise yachts. Based at our head office in Höganäs, Sweden, we’re now looking for a driven and business-minded Business Controller to join our growing team. Your role

As Business Controller, you’ll be part of the Group Finance and Administration team and report directly to the CFO, who recently stepped into a dual role as Group CEO. You will collaborate closely with the CEO, taking ownership of controlling and financial monitoring across international projects.

This is a broad role with varied responsibilities, where you’ll have the opportunity to make your mark – and develop your skills in project management along the way.

Who we’re looking for

You have:

• A university degree in business, finance, or a similar field (Master’s degree is a plus)
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in controlling, financial analysis, or management consulting, preferably within a project-driven or business-oriented environment
• A flexible mindset and a proactive, can-do attitude
• Analytical ability to relate financial data to business performance
• Full professional fluency in English (written and spoken)
• Experience working internationally or in project environments is beneficial
